Route Sales Driver

Full‑time position in Poplar Bluff, MO, US.

Salary: $49,000 to $52,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for a passionate, self‑motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to drive a company truck, delivering and merchandising products to a variety of accounts.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. or more repeatedly
• Ability to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily
• Current Class A CDL (CDL training provided)
• Obtain Medical DOT Card
• Ability to maintain a clean‑shaven appearance

• Operate a company vehicle for product deliveries
• Secure and wrap loads daily before departure and after each stop
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Collect cash payments and obtain customer signatures for receipts
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end‑of‑day paperwork as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
