Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $83,000 - $105,000 (USD) per year. We’re committed to creating careers where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. In addition to base pay, you’ll enjoy:

• Champion
  :
  Foster a strong safety culture and ensure everyone follows safe work practices.
• Manage
  :
  Oversee and evaluate key safety programs (lockout/tagout, mobile equipment, contractor safety).
• Educate
  :
  Lead EHS training, orientations, and compliance certifications for all staff.
• Audit
  :
  Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections, incident investigations, and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate
  :
  Support Safety Committee activities, emergency preparedness, and maintain accurate records and regulatory reporting.

• Collaborative
  :
  Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized
  :
  Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail.
• Communicative
  :
  Clearly and professionally engage with all stakeholders.
• Qualified
  :
  Hold a bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, plus 5+ years of EHS experience.
• Tech‑Savvy
  :
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
