Interim High School Principal

The Interim High School Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of Port Angeles High School and is responsible for ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students and staff can thrive. The successful candidate will provide steady leadership while supporting student achievement, staff development, school improvement efforts, and positive relationships across the school community.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), implementing and strengthening Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and fostering positive school culture through proactive behavioral supports and student-centered practices. The interim principal will work collaboratively with staff to continue strengthening instructional systems, intervention supports, and student engagement while maintaining stability and momentum during the transition year.
