Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Pikemann is seeking an Accountant to support tribal grants, contracts, and accounting operations. This cross‑functional role ensures fiscal integrity, compliance, accurate reporting, and effective financial management across tribal programs. You’ll collaborate with program managers, fiscal staff, and leadership to strengthen funding sustainability and sound financial operations.

• Perform accounting functions for grants and tribal operations (reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
• Assist with audits and maintain accurate grant records in compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor and manage grants/contracts to ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and state regulations (including 2 CFR 200).
• Collaborate with program staff and leadership to support budgeting, reporting, and financial accountability.

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Experience with federal, state, and local grants/contracts.

• Strong knowledge of grant/contract administration and compliance.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple grants and budgets simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
