Utilizing a broad variety of educational media, provides organizational support on technology-based learning. Provides audiovisual support for OMC’s educational offerings and meetings. Acts as the organizational Health Stream administrator and RQI lead. Collaboratively maintains Education Department SharePoint site with Education Team. Helps plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate educational needs; participates in organizational education needs assessments and quality improvement activities; works with department leadership to assist with clinical education and competency efforts.
Use clinical knowledge and skills to advance the training and education of OMC staff. This position supports OMC leadership to resolve education gaps and attend meetings, training, and orientations as necessary to deliver educational support.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- AA degree in Business Computers and/or equivalent experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field, preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in computer technology, preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, required.
- BLS, required.
