Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 2 (DBA Olympic Medical Center) is seeking a Visit RN to provide nursing care to patients in their residences. You will work closely with the Case Manager RN to ensure continuity of care, and communicate the patient's progress and recommended actions.
The ideal candidate will hold a current Washington State Registered Nurse license, have at least one year of experience in home health, and must demonstrate problem-solving skills. A competitive salary, weekend differentials, and additional benefits are included.
