• Work under the direction of a Physician, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant‑Certified (PA‑C) in outpatient practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients in the clinic.
• Coordinate care for patients and interpret data reflecting patient status to identify individual care requirements.
• Advocate for patient‑centered care and provide care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate Olympic Medical Center’s values and promote a positive professional nursing image.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• BSN or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in an ambulatory medical clinic preferred.
• Experience with specific clinic patient populations (e.g., oncology, urology, OB‑GYN) preferred.

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse licensure.
• CPR certification.
