WINNfusion is a specialized home infusion company dedicated to treating Autoimmune Diseases and Rare Genetic Disorders. We provide skilled nursing care for Biologic Medications and Enzyme Replacement Therapies across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.

Our clients are generally healthy individuals of all ages who benefit from receiving care in the comfort of their homes—avoiding the stress and inconvenience of hospital-based infusions. We believe in community-based care, pairing local nurses with local clients to foster meaningful connections and personalized support.

We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to deliver one‑on‑one care in a low‑stress environment.

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
• Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors
• Maintain detailed records of care and observations

• Active RN license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Proficient IV skills, including access to peripheral veins (Mediports, PICC lines, and central line access experience preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and client care abilities
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Confident and experienced in IV therapy
• Interested in flexible, per- diem scheduling

Compensation: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour

We enhance the lives of our Clients by sending a Registered Nurse to provide care, in the comfort and convenience of the home, so they can live their best most functional life without the hassle and risks associated with hospital based infusion and injection treatments.

• Are very capable with their IV skills. We access Peripheral veins, Mediports, PICC lines and Central lines. Experience and confidence in this area is a vital component to successful home infusion therapy.
