As a Team Member, your mission is to provide excellent customer experience and support Orchard Foods Values, including Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

• Restaurant Basics – Delighting Guests, Food Safety, Guest and Employee Safety, Security & Daily Cleaning
• Food Preparation – preparing raw ingredients for menu item production
• Menu Item Production – preparing menu items for orders
• Daily Operation – Receiving and Storage, Preventative Maintenance, Opening Procedures & closing procedures

• Community Involvement Recognition

• Day shift, evening shift, and night shift availability
• 16 years old or older (if under 18 must provide proof of age and work permit as required)
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Capacity to work flexible hours
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of a shift
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
