Job Title:
Accounting Coordinator (Billing Support)
Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension on business need)
Location:
Port Arthur, TX 77640
Pay Range: $16- $20/hr on W2
Note:
Looking for recent graduate in Accounting or Finance
- The position’s purpose is to bill customers as quickly and as accurately as possible after receiving all the required documentation.
- This role will manage intercompany billing for the Facility to Field Services, assigned journal entries and ad hoc accounting requests by immediate supervisor.
- Provides support for special projects, audits and annual activities including budget preparation.
- The Accounting Coordinator I receive training, guidance, and problem-solving support from their supervisor on a regular basis.
- The position is expected to continually work on accounting skill development and enhancing their knowledge of the accounting processes and procedures.
