Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office software
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- This position offers an engaging work environment where organizational skills and customer service excellence are highly valued
- This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments
- Part Time Working hours are as follows:
- Monday-Friday 4:30PM-7:00PM & Saturdays 9AM-5:30PM - Rotating Saturdays
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take detailed messages
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Call customers inquiring about service experience
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and Data entry as needed
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
- Support office management tasks including supply ordering, organization of files, and general clerical duties
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately
- Issue License plates to new buyers
