Part Time Investment Group Coordinator

Must be available to work:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Position Summary:

Market the FivePoint Investment Group Program to credit union employees and members. Perform administrative functions in support of the FivePoint Investment Group Program. Schedule appointments with members and Investment Group Financial Advisor. Perform secretarial and clerical duties such as preparing letters, memos, and reports. Answer questions and direct telephone calls and visitors.

Job Duties:

  • Assumes the responsibility of the marketing functions for FivePoint Investment Group.
  • Assumes the responsibility of coordinating appointments for FivePoint Investment Group Financial Advisor.
  • Assumes responsibility for administrative support functions for FivePoint Investment Group.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and with management.

Job Duties:

  • Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education/Certification:

    High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Required Knowledge:
    Basic knowledge office operations and clerical duties.
  • Experience

    Required:

    Minimum of six (6) months office experience.
  • Skills/Abilities:
    Excellent oral and written communication skills. Well organized. Attentive to detail. Project management abilities. Able to use related computer applications, such as Windows, Publisher, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education/Certification:

    College coursework, preferably in business.
  • Preferred Knowledge:
    Basic knowledge of financial institution operations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience Preferred:
    Minimum one year office experience. Marketing & office training preferred.
  • Skills/Abilities:
    None.

Physical Activities and Requirements of This Position:

  • Talking:
    Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Average Hearing:
    Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
  • Repetitive Motion:
    Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Average Visual Abilities:
    Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
  • Physical Strength:
    Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs)
