Parts Counterperson

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Counter Person to join our dealership team!

If you have automotive parts knowledge, enjoy helping customer sand technicians, andcan keep things organized in a fast-paced environment, we’d like tohear from you.

• Assist retail customer sand service technicians with parts needs
• Identify and locate automotive parts using catalogs and dealership systems
• Sell and order genuine Ford and aftermarket parts
• Prepare parts forrepair ordersand customer purchases
• Receive, inspect, andstock incoming parts
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep theparts department organized
• Process invoices, returns,warranties, and special orders
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Work closely withthe service andsales departments

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
