# Project Overview:
Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located at State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake.

Job Summary:
Supports the Industrial Relations Manager in various Industrial Relations functions on a field project. Responsible for assisting IR Manager in daily operations related to onboarding processing procedure compliance, employee file and document compliance, and workforce support. Ensures accuracy of documentation, resolves issues, and provides guidance to Industrial Relations Administrators as needed. Maintains regular interaction with the craft workforce, project supervision, and internal stakeholders.

# Major Responsibilities:
+ Subject matter expert for onsite new hire processing and oversees onboarding accuracy and compliance.
+ This can include collecting additional documents for per diem reviews, ensuring setup with ESS, and providing guidance to New Hire Processor and IR Admins.
+ Ensures the accuracy and compliance of required documentation for government and/or client project requirements, including I-9, EAD/employment verifications, background compliance, and pre-employment processing; reviews and resolves discrepancies as needed.
+ Supports and monitors data integrity within Industrial Relations automation tools and reports.
+ Runs reports and provides data to Industrial Relations Manager to show adherence to procedures; troubleshoots issues and provides guidance on hiring policies and processes.
+ Leads verification and review of documentation including identification, per diem qualifications, NCCER/NCCCO certifications, and banking-related issue resolution.
+ Assists in and at times prepares RPA for onsite promotions or classification changes including the creation of exceptions to policy as needed.
+ Coordinates with Industrial Relations Administrators on EC/SAP updates for employment changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Maintains continuous communication with the Industrial Relations Lead, escalating complex or high-risk issues as needed, to ensure compliance with project/office work rules and applicable labor and equal employment/affirmative action laws.
+ Provides day-to-day guidance and support to Industrial Relations Administrators.

Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
+ Associate degree or related technical training preferred
# Required Knowledge and
Skills:
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience in researching, analyzing, and developing reports, including collection of statistical data.
