Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is hiring an Equipment Operator to support groundwork and construction projects in Texas. You will operate a range of heavy and light equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with OSHA/MSHA guidelines on every jobsite.
You will read blueprints, perform basic maintenance, and communicate clearly with the foreman and crew. Occasional travel to project sites and readiness for night or weekend shifts are expected to help maintain production and safety.
