This job is for a Lead Dentist, Managing Clinical Director at Aspen Dental. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while leading a patient‑centric team and managing clinical operations.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $300,000 – $450,000 per year

• Signing Incentive: $60,000
• Minimum Monthly Guarantee for 1 year: $20,000

• Lead a patient‑centric team, respecting clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure excellent quality of care, adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire dental team
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the community

• Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
