Adjunct Instructor, High School Dual Credit CTE

Job Summary

The part-time High School Dual Credit CTE Instructor position reports directly to the Director of Dual Credit Programs. This is a part-time position to teach at a Texas high school for the Dual Credit Program. The primary duties of this position are classroom teaching and lab instruction at a high school. Duties include curriculum development, grading, and classroom instruction. Comply with college policies and requirements for teaching faculty.

Responsible for teaching career and technical education courses in a specific discipline or disciplines based on the qualifications of the applicant. Prepares engaging, collegiate lessons aligned with published course descriptions and course outcomes. Maintains student grades and records. Completes all required administrative tasks related to instruction by deadlines established by the college. Attends faculty meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
