Introduction

Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC is seeking an experienced Planner Scheduler IV to support maintenance and reliability programs at the Sabine Pass Terminal. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating work orders, and ensuring efficient execution of projects within the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance and reliability programs for terminal assets
• Create, maintain, and manage project and outage schedules using planning software
• Plan and prioritize work to ensure efficient execution and cost management
• Develop comprehensive job packs with all required planning documentation
• Coordinate work orders and schedules with Operations and Maintenance teams
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and look-ahead schedules for expense and capital work
• Manage work dispatching and manpower availability in coordination with supervision
• Provide technical support within CMMS modules
• Identify material requirements and coordinate with vendors and supply chain
• Develop KPIs and generate reports on schedule compliance and regulatory requirements
• Analyze deviations, trends, and performance using graphical representations
• Support budget development activities as needed
• Assist in writing and revising procedures as required
• Recommend and support training initiatives to improve work effectiveness
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning experience utilizing SAP
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical facilities required
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes
• Prometheus experience preferred
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project (P6 strongly preferred)
• Scheduling experience for small to medium-scale projects
• Knowledge of various technical aspects such as welding, fabrication, and machining estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in PHMSA-regulated pipeline facilities preferred
• Experience with gas compression and metering equipment preferred
