Our client, a leading organization in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Process Safety and Risk Advisor to join their team. As a Sr Process Safety and Risk Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Process Safety Department supporting safety excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?- Champion and lead process safety excellence across operations, embedding a strong safety culture.
- Facilitate risk assessments, including HAZOPs, scenario-based risk assessments, and bow-tie analysis.
- Conduct process safety studies and develop targeted training programs for staff.
- Engage in structured risk analysis and provide leadership coaching to promote safety best practices.
- Support safety initiatives through technical expertise and effective communication.
- Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in process safety and risk management.
- Knowledgeable in petrochemical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading and facilitating risk assessments using methodologies such as HAZOP, bow-tie analysis, and scenario-based risk assessments.
- Preferred competency in consequence modeling tools (e.g., Phast).
