- Provide environmental compliance support across the facility's four manufacturing units/sites.
- Manage and support a high-volume Management of Change (MOC) workload across multiple manufacturing operations.
- Evaluate proposed process and equipment changes for environmental and regulatory impacts.
- Ensure Title V Air Permit compliance related to MOC reviews and implementation activities.
- Support Plant-Wide Applicability Limit (PAL) compliance, including emissions monitoring, calculations, tracking, and reporting.
- Review regulatory requirements and determine permitting applicability for facility modifications.
- Maintain environmental compliance documentation, records, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of MOC actions.
- Assist with environmental audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance on air permitting, emissions management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Science is required; a B.S. in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience with Management of Change (MOC) processes in a manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, or industrial environment.
- Experience with Title V Air and an understanding of PAL rules and emissions management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
