We are seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the following locations:

• Bonne Vie – Port Arthur
• Magnolia Manor – Groves
• Oakwood Manor – Vidor
• Mill Creek – Silsbee

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients
• Complete a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures
• Review patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindications
• Establish measurable goals and develop a treatment plan to move the patient toward independence and/or function
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of current practice
• Good communication skills and the ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, family members, and staff
• Must be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations
