Data Analyst
Job Summary:
The overall objective for this role is to bridge the gap between operations, the systems team, and focus on the development and reliability of Business Intelligence and Reporting platforms. #LI-TH1
Major Responsibilities:- Reports to and receive operational direction from Site Equipment Operations Manager
- Maintains working relationships with project personnel.
- Maintains contacts with Mechanic team, BEO, functional departments such as Procurement, Systems, Finance and Project Controls.
- The position duties include but are not limited to the following items
- Monitor reports generated from system to ensure the system is working properly
- Support Project personnel when issues are encountered
- Communicate with the equipment team so they can contact the various Hardware and Software Providers to identify troubleshooting issues
- Identify and manage potential integration risks; and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate and collaborate with Operations on reporting of organizational-level indicators of performance and quality
- Defines ways to maximize system use, including identifying opportunities to better use the system to create more efficiency and stronger operations, creating new reports and queries, working with internal team or vendor
- Development of schedule priority of each issue that will be addressed.
- Liaise with BEO Systems group to ensure alignment
- Provide Cross Functional coordination and methods of integration to enrich data collection and quality
- Development of KPIs, System Reporting and Power BI Dashboards PF
- Monitor existing reports and Power BI Dashboard
- Data Quality Audit
- Maintains and enhances functionality of the equipment inventory database by assisting with program development items and testing
- On or off-site project support of equipment scheduling and forecasting as required
- Analyzes, interprets, and generates reports, including but not limited to asset management control reports
- Assist with training and technical guidance when needed.
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience in leu of degree.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Construction Equipemnt
- Skillset in Microsoft Excell & Power BI Dashboard
- Prior EPC experience
