Pay Range: $61.41 - $70.18/hour

In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring material availability for maintenance activities, helping maximize reliability, operational efficiency, and productivity across the facility.
What’sthe Job?
- Serve as the primary interface between business operations and procurement teams for maintenance materials coordination
- Coordinate material availability for maintenance work list items and standing orders
- Utilize SAP Purchase-to-Pay processes to identify, procure, and track materials
- Add components to standing orders and support material requests for maintenance activities
- Initiate material requests for worklists, planned work, tools, hot-shot requests, and operational needs
- Manage P-Card purchasing, tracking, and receipt processes
- Verify material availability and coordinate delivery timelines
- Work closely with warehouse teams to support kit-and-stage activities and material tagging by designated drop points
- Support material quarantine clearance and pass-through processes with Supply Chain
- Manage non-stock warehouse storage optimization and inventory cleanup initiatives
- Optimize open bin inventory and support inventory management activities
- Coordinate repair and return processes, including vendor engagement and status tracking
- Manage core return processes and support material recovery efforts
- Analyze material usage patterns and collaborate on inventory code enhancements
- Coordinate after-hours purchasing activities as needed
- Support BOM enhancement initiatives through material optimization feedback
- Participate in Management of Change (MOC) activities related to material tracking
- Coordinate return of excess and unused materials to inventory or suppliers
- Develop and maintain daily reporting on required materials for emergency, project, and business operations
- Interface regularly with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Expediting, and Planning & Scheduling teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement, warehousing, and materials management
- 10+ years of experience in a large production facility within Oil & Gas, LNG, Chemical, or related industrial environments
- Strong SAP experience, including Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Experience with Planning and Scheduling systems such as Prometheus and/or P6
- Thorough understanding of maintenance and reliability practices
- Strong knowledge of materials management and inventory control practices
- Experience in Maintenance Execution Management, Lead, Supervisory, OMC, or PMC roles
- Strong computer, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of maintenance crafts such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation is highly valued
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels

- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
