• 8+ years of safety leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
• Experience managing fleet safety programs and driver compliance.
• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety certifications such as CSP or OSHA preferred.

• Develop and oversee company safety programs across transportation operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and other safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Monitor safety metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead driver safety training and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Partner with operations leadership to promote a strong culture of safety.
