Flowserve Port Arthur seeks a CNC Machinist to work evening shift. Set up and operate a Mazak 5-axis machine center and HAAS 4-axis mill if needed. Maintain machines, apply knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, programming (Esprit) and machining procedures.

Second Shift 3:00pm - 1:30am, Mon‑Thurs.

• 3+ years Operating CNC Milling equipment.

• Operations Management – Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.
• Equipment Maintenance and Repair – Help maintain and repair equipment by preparing and providing assistance.
• Health, Safety and Environment – Follow mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and well‑being of oneself and others.
• Operational Compliance – Follow procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards and adheres to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
• Precision Equipment Utilization – Interpret and use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges.
• Instructions and Drawings – Read and interpret drawings, and geometric tolerances.
• Internal Communications – Exchange information with people in courteous interactions.
• Policy and procedures – Work with guidance to understand policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Operate CNC milling equipment (Mazak or HAAS a plus) and carry out machining tasks.
• Verbal Communication – Use clear and effective verbal skills to express ideas and request actions.
• Planning and Organizing – Plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet business objectives.
• Health and Safety – Apply concepts to manage safe systems of work.
• HS Diploma / GED and 5 years relevant experience.
