Production Engineer – Chemical Manufacturing We’re Hiring:
Production Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our chemical manufacturing team in Port Arthur, Texas
. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with at least 1 year of experience who wants to grow their career in manufacturing, process improvement, safety, and production operations.

• Support daily chemical production and manufacturing operations
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operating issues
• Assist with process optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Assist with SOPs, process documentation, and engineering projects
• Support equipment commissioning, process changes, and plant improvement projects
• Follow and promote company safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 1 year of engineering or chemical manufacturing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant environment
• Familiarity with process safety, chemical processing, or continuous improvement is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
