LVN​/RN Charge Nurse

Overview

LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse needed for Skilled Nursing at Bonne Vie, Port Arthur, TX. Full-time position in nursing.

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions or changes and document in accordance with clinical policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines.
• Complete EMR documentation related to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes in condition in accordance with nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain the highest possible patient well‑being.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
• RN/LVNR (if applicable/available).
