Clinical Coordinator

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease
• Oversee treatment and guide clinical staff
• Ensure the highest standards of care and safety
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• 18+ months of RN experience
• 6+ months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year
• Current RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Charge RN readiness approval
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays
