Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead our team to a successful day, ensuring every customer receives the best experience possible.

• Assist the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level.
• Take ownership while managing the location.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach to improve.
• Make sure customers always receive the ultimate experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized.

• 18+ years old.
• Open availability during weekends.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Dynamic, outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Driven and enthusiastic.
• Comfortable talking to everyone (preferred).
• Experience selling athletic shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company.

• 4 years customer service preferred.
• 1 year management preferred.
• 3 years cashier experience.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour.
