Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available.

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate with 2020 Companies and HP. In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs, build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm.
• Outgoing personality, eager to learn, comfortable engaging with customers, and capable of handling a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.

• 1‑year job experience required.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
