Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented;
Address guest questions and concerns and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed
