Bechtel Energy Inc. has been contracted by Port Arthur LNG, LLC to construct a world‑class liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility located along the Sabine‑Neches Waterway in Southeast Texas. The facility will include four liquefaction trains (5.84 MTPA each), LNG storage tanks, marine berths, material offloading facilities, and associated utilities. At peak construction, the project will support approximately 6,000 craft and non‑manual personnel, with daily workforce transportation via off‑site parking and bussing operations.

In this role we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to be an active member of the Site team. The Security Supervisor will support the deployment of project security standards, plans and procedures, the coordination of the site security subcontractor and personnel, establishment of close relationships with local authorities, participate and coordinate all aspects of security operations to ensure the security and safety of our employees, assets, and facilities, including transportation, offices and accommodations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of security plans, protocols and procedures. This role reports to the Project Security Manager.

• Duties and responsibilities will be carried out in coordination with, and under the direction of, the Project Security Manager, serving as your reporting line.
• Implement and manage site security plans, policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Supervise subcontract security personnel and facilitate their development through assignments, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ensure that Bechtel security requirements are properly interpreted and integrated in project planning documents, construction and project operational plans, in alignment with Customer expectations and in accordance with Texas state laws.
• Provide support within the Security team and collaborate with ES&H, HR, Transportation, Construction, Commissioning, Labor Relations, Information Systems & Technology, Legal, Contracts, Procurement, Senior Management, and other functions regarding security requirements.
• Manage schedules and resources for interpreting and implementing security requirements.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.
• Monitor and analyze security trends and intelligence to proactively address potential threats.
• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and risk assessments to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to security.
• In coordination with Project management team periodically plan and conduct security system tests and realistic incident simulation exercises.
• Tracks, evaluates, and reports security data and security trends and determines corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.
