Security Officer - Entry Control

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial chemical manufacturing location.;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing arrivals to required check-in steps per site rules.;
Monitor incoming and outgoing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, including deliveries and service providers, and report irregular activity and/or policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing timely notifications and accurate written reports in line with post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, observe for security-related concerns, and document findings per site policy.
