Celtic Realty Advisors is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our property in Port Arthur, Texas. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Property Manager. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.
Must have reliable transportation, have your own tools, knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment repairs & installations, electrical repairs and know all facets of apartment make-ready. Ideal candidate will be willing to rotate after hours on-call maintenance emergency schedule. The candidate will also be responsible to help maintain the property, 1+ yrs minimum experience.
EPA/HVAC Universal required.
Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
Must have a valid Driver License or Govt Issued
