Port Arthur, TX Area | Long-Term Project | Day & Night Shift Delta
360 is currently hiring Turnaround Fueling Operators for a long-term industrial plant project in the Port Arthur, TX area.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to work long hours, work as part of a team, and provide excellent service to our customers. This project is expected to last two years or longer
, providing an opportunity for long-term employment.
Employees will work inside an industrial plant fueling various pieces of equipment and will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional fueling services.
Employees will work in two-person crews consisting of a Lead Operator and a Helper
. Both positions will be expected to work together to ensure fueling operations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
This position requires individuals who are willing to work day or night shifts, long hours, and an aggressive schedule
.
- $19–$26 per hour
, depending on experience, qualifications, and credentials - Employees will work 12-hour shifts but will be paid for 14 hours per day
- $250 weekly bonus
- Initial schedule will be 13 days on / 1 day off
- This schedule will remain in place until we are staffed adequately to implement a more structured rotation
- Employees must be willing to work day or night shifts
- Project is expected to last two years or longer
This is a demanding position and is not a typical Monday–Friday job. Applicants must be willing to commit to the initial 13-days-on / 1-day-off schedule.
REQUIREMENTS- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid TWIC Card
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be willing and able to work long hours
- Must be willing to work the 13-on / 1-off schedule
- Must be willing to work both day and night shifts as required
- Must be dependable and show up ready to work
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a two-person crew
- Must be able to accurately track and report fuel usage
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable working inside an industrial plant environment
- Must follow all customer and company safety requirements
- Safely fuel equipment throughout the plant
- Accurately track and report all fuel usage
- Complete fuel tickets and required daily documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and plant personnel
- Maintain consistent communication with Delta
360 management - Report equipment issues, fueling issues, delays, or other concerns to management
- Follow all Delta
360 SOPs and site-specific procedures - Perform daily inspections of fueling equipment
- Keep fueling areas and equipment clean and organized
- Work closely with your crew partner to complete daily responsibilities
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on the jobsite
- Follow all plant safety requirements and procedures
- Provide reliable and professional service to the customer
