Bay Towing, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to act as the watch stander for our 24/7 operations. You will manage multiple moving pieces, coordinate with vessel crews, pilots, agents, port authorities and shore management to ensure safe, efficient harbor operations.
The role requires independent judgment under pressure, strong attention to detail, and full availability for a rotating 12-hour shift cycle including day, night, standby, and off periods.
