Inventory Coordinator – Maintenance

Our client, a leading organization in the energy and industrial sector, is seeking a Logistics Support: III to join their team. As a Logistics Support: III, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Maintenance and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Coordinate and support logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking shipments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare necessary documentation.
• Support digital tools and systems for equipment health monitoring and inventory management.

• Relevant technical discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems, particularly SAP, is required.
• Proficiency in CMMS (SAP S4 Hana) and data analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
