Our established Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice has an immediate opening for a PART TIME Front Office Coordinator position in our Port Charlotte office. We are looking for an energetic and dependable team player with excellent communication skills to join our practice. We prefer a 1 year previous medical office experience but are willing to train. Previous Athena experience a plus!
Duties would include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, lunch coverage, new patient scheduling and working follow up reports. Computers skills are a must have for this position. Monday thru Friday, 9:30AM - 3:30PM. PART TIME.
This position is ideal for the person that is a self starter, works well with others, is willing to go the extra for the patient and flexible with their time and able to work in fast pace environment.
