Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of broker engagement programs targeting agents, FMOs, and channel partners in assigned markets.
• Develop strategies and materials that support broker education, sales enablement, and product positioning.
• Build and manage relationships with key broker and FMO contacts, serving as a primary point of contact for engagement activities.
• Analyze engagement data and market performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Coordinate with sales, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure broker programs align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
• Manage event planning and execution for broker conferences, training sessions, and market activation activities.
