ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patrice Weston, you are vital to our daily operations and customer success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career while bettering your community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
