Position Overview

As a Project Manager for Atwell's Civil Engineering group, you will engage in diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities. This role offers the opportunity to shape your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Project

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the production team by drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.

Data Maestro: Analyze existing site conditions using project survey data, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents to serve as the data expert.

Mentorship and Guidance: Guide and assist junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient execution of project‑based tasks.

Technical Guru: Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.

Construction Support: Provide essential construction‑related services such as permit applications and quantity estimates, directing junior team members as needed.

Engineering Software Whiz: Operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software packages, ensuring assignments are completed on time and within budget.

Future‑Ready: Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with potential to advance to a full Project Manager position.
