Medical Receptionist​/Front Desk Coordinator; Physical Therapy

• $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity
• Register new patients and maintain accurate records
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage
• Collect co‑pays and process payments
• Support daily administrative and front office operations

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, scheduler, or front desk coordinator preferred
• Strong computer skills (email, scheduling software, basic Excel)
• Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
• Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
