Our Home Health Aides work under the supervision of the care coordinator and perform various personal care and support services as necessary to meet the residents’ needs. The Aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations and documenting the services provided. The assignments promote quality, continuity and safety of services.

• Personal care assistance such as showers, dressing, grooming
• Shopping and errands
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping such as laundry
• Assistance with going to medical appointments

• Current HHA certificate or CNA license
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous HHA experience great but not required.
• Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.

PRN/Per-Diem Evening and weekend availability is required.

Salary: $16.00 per hour
