Pay: $29.60 per hour (Paygrade

C)

• Assists with the development, implementation, and improvement of support procedures for the efficient delivery of assigned technology services.
• Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the technology services delivered by assigned personnel or vendors according to service level agreements.
• Communicates with vendor technology support to resolve hardware, software, application, and/or service issues.
• Monitors and analyzes the performance of technology services and initiates necessary corrective action.
• Supports project management of technology services.
• Utilizes current data processing techniques and productivity tools.
• Maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices.
• Provides support in the use of applications as appropriate.
• Ensures adherence to safety practices.
• Follows all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs other job-related functions as assigned.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major.
• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications.
• Willingness to remain current in applicable software certifications and credentials.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working with technology in an educational setting.
• Experience in the use of work order/ticketing systems and use of analytics.
• Experience with problem‑solving informational technology issues.
