Pay: $29.60 per hour (Paygrade
C)
- Assists with the development, implementation, and improvement of support procedures for the efficient delivery of assigned technology services.
- Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the technology services delivered by assigned personnel or vendors according to service level agreements.
- Communicates with vendor technology support to resolve hardware, software, application, and/or service issues.
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of technology services and initiates necessary corrective action.
- Supports project management of technology services.
- Utilizes current data processing techniques and productivity tools.
- Maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices.
- Provides support in the use of applications as appropriate.
- Ensures adherence to safety practices.
- Follows all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major.
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications.
- Willingness to remain current in applicable software certifications and credentials.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with technology in an educational setting.
- Experience in the use of work order/ticketing systems and use of analytics.
- Experience with problem‑solving informational technology issues.
