Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in providing exceptional service to our senior community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of the facility, contributing to a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of community events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
