Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN traveler with a current FL or compact RN license and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities- Work in a medical-surgical unit within a hospital setting
- 13-week contract assignment
- Twelve-hour shifts with a typical 36-hour workweek
- Prior Med/Surg RN experience is strongly preferred
- Daily responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of diagnoses
- Returning travelers must have a break in service of 12 months before reapplying
- Active FL or compact RN license required
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
- Must be gone from the facility for at least 1 year to be eligible for rehire as a traveler
