Position: Home Health: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description Summary

Millennium Home Care (an affiliate of Millennium Healthcare, LLC) – Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) – Make a Difference in Home Health. Millennium Home Care, a leading provider of in‑home healthcare services, seeks a dedicated full‑time RN.

Responsibilities
  • Patient assessment: conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management.
  • Care planning: develop individualized care plans addressing patients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Patient education: educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self‑care techniques.
  • Clinical interventions: provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
  • Collaboration:

    collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Documentation: maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Compliance: adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
Requirements
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient‑centered approach to care.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to high‑quality care.
  • Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

Compensation

$67,349.00 to $84,186.00.
