Pay Rate: Up to $40 per hour + shift differentials

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in compliance with regulations
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document progress, and promptly report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care
- Valid and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
