Solaris Healthcare Charlotte Harbor is a 180‑bed Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility located at 4000 Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte, FL 33980.
Job Responsibilities- Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborate with residents’ interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
- CPR certification required
- One year prior nursing experience preferred
